Curiosity Sessions

Curiosity sessions are short-term, reflective conversations designed to support meaning-making, self-understanding, and thoughtful exploration. This offering is not therapy, or crisis support, but rather a space for attentive listening, meaningful questions, attunement and reflection on what matters most to you.

These conversations are intentionally open and responsive, allowing exploration to move in whatever direction feels most meaningful and alive. They can be tailored to a specific area of your life you know you would like to explore, or can be left open to what arises in the moment.

Curiosity sessions are limited to four sessions per person, per year.
